Paulo Costa Wants A Grappling Match Against Luke Rockhold – Under One Bizarre Condition

In a recent episode of the Jaxxon Podcast, UFC’s Paulo Costa spoke about the idea of a grappling match against former UFC middleweight champion Luke Rockhold.

Costa shared that he’d like the match to happen – but under some conditions that might appear as “extra”.
That is, while he acknowledged Rockhold’s grappling skills, Costa also hilariously highlighted the need for clear boundaries – as in, without any se*ual things taking place during the match:

Luke’s an amazing guy, but there’s something going on here.

We can’t do that fight if he can kiss me on the face or do anything like that…
We need to make these terms very clear, very crystal clear.

Despite the joking around, Costa expressed confidence in his grappling skills – suggesting that he would approach the match strategically:

I think I’m better at losing my weight against the ground than my back on the ground.

Costa also reflected on his recent loss to Marvin Vettori, recognizing that he needs to regain his aggressive edge:

I just want to bring back this aggressive guy because what make me different, I think more different, my strong point is powerful, you know, so I cannot let this aside.
