Yup, that’s illegal…
Brian Hall took a page out of pro-wrestling when he double stomped his downed opponent Jeremy Rogers at this weekend’s V3 Fights.
Despite what Rogers may have thought, stomping with one foot or both feet is illegal in unified MMA rules. The referee called it a no-contest which doesn’t make sese because it was an illegal strike.
