Mikey Musumeci’s next ONE Championship flyweight title defense match is becoming closer by the minute… And he is super excited about it!

Mikey shared his recent thoughts on the upcoming bout, via social media:

10 more days until I return to compete again and attempt to retain my flyweight title in Bangkok, Thailand.
This time I will be facing the current combat sambo world champion in my weight class; he’s from Mongolia!

He is grateful for what ONE Championship has been doing for the sport of Jiu-Jitsu:

So amazing how ONE is helping our sport grow and how international Jiu-Jitsu is becoming.
It should be an amazing match!

And the biggest issue that Mikey has with his upcoming bout? It’s the matches that will take place before it, for one simple reason:

If you ask me what the hardest part of being on a card for ONE is I guess my answer would be, how the HECK am I going to focus on my match and warming up when there are so many great matches to watch before my match.

So excited!
