The internet has no shortage of bizarre debates, but this week’s viral question might take the crown: could 100 men defeat a single gorilla?
Naturally, the combat sports world jumped in — and UFC bantamweight contender Merab Dvalishvili thinks the numbers are unnecessary.
He claims he doesn’t need 99 teammates.
Just give him the gorilla:
One gorilla?.
That’s easy. I’m smart. I’m strong.I’m training everyday, you think I cannot take one gorilla?
While most people would call that suicidal, Dvalishvili sees a clear game plan — go back to basics with his wrestling:
Shoot. Take him down. Boom, boom. Easy.
I think I can take one gorilla.
Even when reminded that a gorilla can weigh up to 600 pounds and rip limbs from trees (and maybe people), Merab didn’t even blink.
He paused, calculated, then gave his solution:
Six-hundred pounds.
Maybe inside trip.
Now, whether Dvalishvili is serious or just having fun, one thing’s clear: the man’s confidence is unmatched.
