Marine Veteran Subdues Aggressive Man With A RNC – With A Fatal Outcome

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is more than an effective martial art…
And you need to be careful when using it, especially on the street – as it may result in a fatal outcome.

Unfortunately, that’s exactly what happened in a recent Manhattan incident, when a Marine veteran subdued an aggressive man in the train with a Rear Naked Choke.

As reported by the New York Post, the 30-year old Jordan Neely started screaming in an aggressive manner:

He said he had no food, he had no drink, that he was tired and doesn’t care if he goes to jail.
He started screaming all these things, took off his jacket, a black jacket that he had, and threw it on the ground.

At that point, a man – who sources say is a Marine veteran – subdued Neely from the back, taking him down to the ground and applying a Rear Naked Choke.
According to police and law enforcement sources, Neely – who was living on the streets and had numerous prior arrests for offenses including assault, disorderly conduct, and fare beating – lost consciousness as a result.

After around 15 minutes, when the EMS workers arrived, they were unable to revive him.
The former Marine was taken into custody and later released without charges.
