Gordon Ryan has been fighting stomach health issues for quite a while now... But successfully!
He shared that his doctor is satisfied with the results so far:
I’m very happy to announce that my levels are down dramatically from when we started 1 year ago. Instead of being WAY into the red zone they are now only in the yellow (very high) zone.
He [the doctor] said to me today: “We made a great improvement here but you’re not out of yet.”
He suggests that will my rate of improvement thus far it will take roughly and additional 1.5-2 years to be 100% healthy again.
Ryan feels better, but not healthy just yet:
Physically I feel better, I feel I can be a relatively normal person again, hold a conversation, eat food, and not be a prisoner to nausea, but I certainly do not feel healthy.
I will continue to do camps and competitions based around my stomach health. My number 1 thing is to get healthy and I’m just keeping my fingers crossed I can compete while doing so.
We have increased/change some of my medicine and hopefully can stay on the right track.
