Dana White Breaks Silence On Ronda Rousey’s UFC Return: “She’s Ripped”

UFC President Dana White gave an update on his ongoing relationship with Ronda Rousey during the UFC 320 post-fight press conference, as rumors about her potential comeback continue to swirl following recent training footage.

White revealed that he and Rousey still speak regularly – about once every three months – and confirmed that she recently stopped by the UFC offices in Las Vegas.
While he didn’t rule out a return to competition, he was careful to temper expectations, acknowledging that Rousey’s priorities and circumstances have changed over the years<-

Yeah, her and I are still very close.
We probably talk once every three months or something like that, and she was in Vegas recently and came by the offices.

But I don’t know what her plans are. I think she’s just training again.

Now 38, Rousey has transitioned into a new chapter of her life as a mother of three.
Still, White couldn’t help but point out her impressive condition post-pregnancy:

She just had another baby and she’s in great shape right now.
I mean, she’s freaking ripped, like she used to be.

So, I don’t know.

Rousey welcomed her second daughter, Likoʻula Pāʻūomahinakaipiha, in January 2025 and has been sharing her fitness journey on social media – posting clips of herself training striking and MMA drills with coach AJ Matthews.
