Craig Jones has ended his partnership with eyewear company Oscar & Frank, bringing an abrupt close to a collaboration that had been highly visible across his social media and promotional work.
The Australian grappler regularly featured the brand’s glasses in interviews, podcasts, and posts, making them a recognizable part of his image during the rise of the Craig Jones Invitational (CJI).
The relationship appears to have broken down on bad terms.
Jones revealed in a recent Instagram post that Oscar & Frank continued to use his likeness in advertisements without his consent:
Guys, I’m no longer working with Oscar & Frank sunglasses.
Despite me telling them not to use my name, likeness, and image, they continue to use them for Meta ads.So if you see any of that on Instagram, please feel free to report them.
They do not have my permission, and this is getting ugly.
While sponsorship deals naturally come and go in combat sports, this split carries a sharper edge, with Jones making it clear that his image rights are being misused.
This is not the first time a major Jiu-Jitsu athlete has parted ways with a sponsor in 2025.
