Chuck Liddell is accusing his ex-wife, Heidi, of abducting their oldest daughter…
And he filed an emergency custody order in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday, seeking full custody of 14-year-old Guinevere.
According to court documents, Liddell alleges his ex-wife took their daughter the day before the start of the school year, after her attempt to relocate Guinevere and their 13-year-old daughter Charlie to Newport Beach, California, failed to gain approval in time.
Liddell claims Heidi had “no intent to return her”. He also accused her of violating other existing court orders, including failing to use a court-mandated co-parenting communication app and not bringing Guinevere to scheduled extracurricular activities.
The former UFC light heavyweight champion and his ex-wife were married for 14 years before finalizing their divorce in April 2025.
Heidi has denied the allegations, telling TMZ she “never abducted anyone”.
She pushed back further on her ex-husband’s claims, saying:
For the past 5 years after our divorce, Chuck has been obsessed with staying in my life and trying to control me (and my children) don’t feel safe speaking up to him at this point.
My door has always been open for my kids to see Chuck and I never abducted anyone.
