The Abu Dhabi Extreme Championship (ADXC) is set to return for its seventh edition – and this time, as reported by Tatame, it will be held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil!
While the exact day (it will take place in November this year) and venue are yet to be confirmed, the confirmation of the event’s location has generated considerable anticipation.
This will be the second time ADXC is hosted in Brazil, with the first Brazilian edition taking place earlier this year in Balneário Camboriú, Santa Catarina.
That event, the third edition of ADXC, was a massive success; drawing elite athletes and an enthusiastic crowd.
The event featured standout performances from Jansen Gomes and Bia Mesquita in the main fights, as well as thrilling matchups involving Henrique Ceconi and Rayron Gracie against Roberto Cyborg and Felipe Andrew, respectively.
Before the Rio de Janeiro event, ADXC will hold another stage in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, in October.
This upcoming event is expected to serve as a precursor to the Rio edition, setting the stage for what promises to be another spectacular gathering of top-tier grapplers.
