ADCC World Champion Robert Drysdale Set For UFC Debut

Former ADCC and Mundial world champion Robert Drysdale will make his UFC debut vs. Keith Berish at The Ultimate Fighter 19 Finale on July 6 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The contest will be in the light heavyweight division.

This is the third time a UFC debut has been announced for Drysdale.

Drysdale was supposed to make his UFC light heavyweight debut against Ednaldo Oliveira at last August’s UFC 163, but a staph infection put a halt to those plans.

Like Drysdale, Berish is undefeated in his pro and amateur career. came to the UFC from the Lou Neglia’s famed Ring of Combat, where he held the league’s middleweight title.

The TUF 19 Finale will be headlined by a trilogy fight between former lightweight champions Frankie Edgar and BJ Penn, at featherweight.
