[Video] MMA Announcer Messes Up Fight Decision Not Once But Twice

If pop culture proved anything it’s that mistakes happen after all even the best picture announcement at the Oscar was wrongly announced in recent history. However messing it up not once but twice is quite unique.

This is exactly what happened to an announcer in AFC cage Wednesday in Alaska Fighting Championship 139.

Announcer declared David Booker the winner by decision. But before the announcer could even finish reading Booker’s name, he corrected himself with a quick “excuse me, my bad” and awarded Elijah Terrell the victory.

And it didn’t end there either. After handshakes and consoling announcer revealed first read was right: “My bad. I got the scores right, I got the winner wrong. My bad, my friend. I’m sorry.”
