Combate Americas has long been in the business of commenting on the fight business – which is probably why their commentating team isn’t too excitable. Lucky for us, there was an extreme moment of excitement when this insane armbar was applied by Victor Madrigal to Christian Quinonez during Friday night’s Combate Americas 25 event from Guadalajara, Mexico.
“What the (expletive)? I mean, who is that? Is he Gumby? How did his arm not come out of his socket? … I don’t really know how a body works like that.”
Madrigal’s crazy armbar attempt came in the second round however it wasn’t until the third when Quinonez was forced to tap to a Rear Naked Choke.
