his kettlebell routine is in two parts.
The first part is for strength endurance that has two exercises in it.
1. Snatch and 2. Goblet Squat.
The second part of this routine is more for strength that has 6 exercises.
1. Overhead pull 2. Bicep curl 3. Shoulder press 4. Good morning 5. Hack squat 6. Turkish get up.
