Tony Ferguson was the latest 10th planet prodigy to have a mental lapse. Last year around the same time Denny Prokopos went through a very public meltdown. Thankfully that seems handled as well.
Ferguson has received support from the UFC and his fellow fighters, with UFC star Conor McGregor wishing the 35-year-old a healthy recovery.
Tony Ferguson is the type of guy that when all the chips are down, can pick them right back up again and come back stronger than ever!
Came back from a debilitating injury in record time to give us one of the fights of the year!
Let’s go Tony!!— Conor McGregor (@TheNotoriousMMA) March 16, 2019
Ferguson has been hugely thankful for the support, and the The Ultimate Fighter 13 winner posted on Twitter earlier today that he is getting the professional help he needs.

The first ever 10th planet UFC champion is thought to be mentally instable due to five police incident reports that detail several domestic disturbances. MMAjunkiewas first to cover the events.
According to online records, Cristina Ferguson filed the restraining order in Orange County (Calif.) Superior Court.
UFC has been vocal about their support for Tony through this challenge.
