It goes without saying that you need to be careful when training with your training partners.
You have to be attentive enough to notice when you are putting them in dangerous positions, to respect the tap, and to never force moves that can hurt them.
Additionally, when training with women, you should also be aware of certain other things that you should keep in mind.

If they are a beginner and you don’t know them well, you have to be very careful about the positions you put yourself in and how you train with them.
He explained that this is because of the traumas the ladies might have gone through in their lives:
Many women training Jiu-Jitsu, they do so because of the previous trauma they had in their life.
Assaults, sexual assaults – and certain positions can trigger them.So, just avoid certain things.
Like, don’t stay in Mount, don’t stay in North-South…
DeBlass further emphasized the why behind training with women and what you should be aiming for:
You are not training with them to beat them.
You are training with them to move… You are training with them to give them work and for you to work on your technique.Until you know them well, be careful.
Do not go North-South and stay there. Do not smother tap them.It is not about beating them, you need to make them comfortable.
They need to be able to trust you.
