The pictures of ripped Gordon Ryan have been circling the web for quite a while. The 21 year old Danaher Death Squad black belt has chiseled physique to say the least.
So naturally quite a few people in various comment sections and forums around the web started suspecting something iffy was up, because Ryan looks ripped.
DeBlass himself was plagued by messages after posting this picture with the two of them:
And he posted a subsequent response:
“Haha!!! After the picture of Gordon and I last night I got close to 30 messages from people asking if I am on TRT or on something. The answer is no, I’m simply a Dad that works his ass off 7 days a week.
I do recommend however all men over 30 getting their blood levels checked from a good doctor. My doctor tells me exactly what vitamins I am lacking or need to take.
Recently I started taking methyl folate, the active form of b12. No juice here. Just Acai and supplements.
Gordon is also clean, the kid trains 6 hours a day 7 days a week and he’s had abs since birth.”
And indeed a careful look at Ryan’s instagram reveals there’s quite a few good genes involved because as far back as 4 years ago, at age 17 he had the hints of that same physique.
