Tom DeBlass has been the topic of much discussion on the internet during the course of his ADCC preparation. No matter how much they tried everyone was curious about the lifting routine and eating and supplement habits of DeBlass and Ryan.

At one point they even flat out denied doping accusations. Over the course of the preparations DeBlass revealed he’s a huge believer in intermittent fasting and explained some essentials about how it works for him. Now DeBlass is back with another video where he details his own beliefs about the practice including reveals on what he believes are the biggest mistakes people make when it comes to weight:

“It’s gonna be hard to be the best you can be physically so everything ties in. I think the biggest mistake people make when trying to lose weight honestly is trying to do too much too soon. It’s not easy. Life gets in the way. It’s not easy if we try to do too much too soon so the first thing I always recommend to people is start drinking close to a gallon of water per day.”
