These Techniques After Grappling Training Will Help Recovery & Reduce Soreness

You’ve had a really hard training session and you’re already thinking about how sore you will be when you wake up tomorrow morning… It doesn’t have to be that way. There are some simple exercises that you can do after class that will great help in reducing soreness and promote recovery.
