The biggest drop from last year in medals was in team PSLPB Cicero Costha who was 2nd last year but barely managed to come in 6th this time. This year they won 30 medals compared to last year’s 72. The relatively newly formed team NS Brotherhood (around Leandro Lo), seriously cut into the Cicero Costha team. For a complete team ranking check out the official IBJJF results pdf.

Alliance didn’t manage to repeat the success they had last year with their Female Adult Team because they were surpassed by Gracie Humaita. Top 5 ranked female adult teams are:

1 – Gracie Humaita – 55
2 – Alliance – 52
3 – GF Team – 40
4 – Maromba Academia International – 27
5 – CheckMat – 26

For a complete team ranking check out the official IBJJF results pdf. Atos Jiu-Jitsu lead in both Juvenile and Novice divisions.
