If you’re like most people, you train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu because it’s a fantastic way to de-stress, to learn a useful skill, to stay in shape, and to hang out with cool people. what you’re a who trains in a class full pro competitors, and some happen to be BJJ world champions?

If you’re a good blue belt, the first thing you need to realize is that you’re valuable. That is to say, even if every single person in your class is competition-oriented, you’re still providing a lot of value to them.
