Following weekend’s triumph of Khabib Nurmagomedov a Russian market found a clever way to one up his potential challenger.
Khabib made his return to the homeland the other day and received a hero’s welcome:

Still the celebration culminated in a particularly hilarious way. A market in Dagestan gave Khabib quite a present – it renamed its chicken Conor McGregor aka Konor Mek Gregor in slavic:
The dig at the stripped UFC lightweight champion is inspired, by Nurmagomedov who’s been calling McGregor a chicken ever since UFC 205, when he referred to him as a “chicken who tapped” in reference to his submission loss to Nate Diaz.
