Ronda Rousey Teaches Her Favorite Grip in Judo

The former UFC champion and Olympic Judo bronze medalist Ronda Rousey has reinvented herself in the last couple  as a WWE superstar but she hasn’t forgotten her Judo roots.

In her quarantine garage dojo, she shows her favorite Judo grip which she used to dominated and throw so many of her opponents throughout the years.

The High Grip.

With her husband Travis Browne as an Uke, here are Rousey’s instructions:

-Slap to Grip Seam At Opponent’s Shoulder.

-Grip Sleeve At The Seam.

-Don’t Try If Opponent Is Taller (unlike the towering Travis Browne of course).

-Turn Out Hand To “Make A Table”.
