Ronda Rousey – former UFC’s bantamweight champion – recently welcomed her first child into the world. Alongside her husband Travis Browne, who’s a former UFC heavyweight contender himself, they named the little one La’akea Makalapuaokalanipō Browne.

However, even though she gave birth just days ago, there’s no rest for the always active Rousey. It’s been announced that she will be appearing in ESPN Plus series, called “Rowdy’s Places”.
This show is going to be a part of ESPN’s program that’s been released in May; where each individual series is focused on a different sport. While “Rowdy’s Places” will give viewers an insight into combat sports, “Abby’s Places” will take a look at soccer, “Vince’s Places” will cover basketball, and so on.
In a snippet of the series, Rousey’s been shown demonstrating her infamous Armbar details. In the demonstration, she was joined by none other than the Gracie Academy owners – Rener and Ryron Gracie themselves.
Pay attention to what she does when setting up an Armbar from Closed Guard. Instead of immediately getting into the Armbar angle, she turns herself into the completely opposite side! She then “swims” underneath the arm, trapping it and only then goes to her Armbar angle in order to secure the finish.
It’s a setup that’ll get you lots of taps. Check it out here:
