Rafael Lovato Jr. On How To Be Be Focused & Goal-Oriented For Better Results In Jiu Jitsu

Not enough people progress or grow in life, and one reason for that is their lack of goal setting. 2 x BJJ world champ and former Bellator MMA champion Rafael Lovato Jr. explains – as well as why asking questions will propel your progress by a tremendous amount.
