No Such Thing as “Light Roll” w/ Navy Seal Legend & BJJ Black Belt Jocko Willink

There isn’t much competition footage of Jocko Willink available but this one surfaced a few weeks ago. Jocko faced ADCC champion and UFC vet Jeff Monson in his prime in 2005. Although Jocko lost, he did a good job competing against an elite grappler such as Monson.

So the question is, is Jocko Willink on some kind of PED?
It’s difficult to say, as he has never really expanded upon the subject in any public forum.

Popular youtuber & PED expert Derek from ‘more plates more dates” who has 1 million followers made an interesting video analyzing Jocko’s extreme lifestyle of sleeping very little, ultra discipline, physique and overall toughness.

Derek stated:

“He looks like a real huge Alpha male. A real strong human being.”

“According to Dan Bilzerian, PED usage is quite widespread in the SEALS teams.”

Interestingly, there is only one mention from Jocko and is what from a now deleted Tweet:

“Haven’t tried it.”
