What is your basal metabolic rate (the number of calories you burn at rest)? How many calories do you need to maintain? What’s a healthy caloric deficit to lose weight?

Finally, for any goal to be accomplished, you have to stay committed to it. This means, skipping dessert, using portion control, and saying no to after-work drinks.
