Newly Released Footage Shows Khabib Spitting on McGregor After UFC 229 Win

Newly released video footage from UFC 229 reveals that after his victory over Conor McGregor, Khabib Nurmagomedov not only celebrated but also spat on McGregor and insulted him.

Mcgregor had insulted Khabib’s family and religion before that and even threw an object aimed at Khabib who was sitting in. abus, and broke the glass, injuring a few fighters… Khabib Nurmagomedov had the final word by securing a fourth-round submission victory over Conor McGregor, successfully defending his title. Years after the bout, the UFC released footage of the finish without commentary, showing that after Nurmagomedov submitted McGregor, he spat on him and declared: “I F***ed You Up, B**ch.”

This incident has rekindled discussions about the fierce rivalry and the chaotic events that followed the fight.

The UFC 229 event, held on October 6, 2018, saw Khabib win by submission in the fourth round. However, the aftermath of the fight turned chaotic when Khabib leaped out of the octagon to confront McGregor’s team, leading to a brawl involving both camps and overshadowing the bout itself.

Khabib’s behavior, including the spitting incident, has sparked significant attention and criticism. Some believe it was a response to McGregor’s trash talk and personal attacks before the fight, while others see it as a breach of the sportsmanship expected in the UFC.
