Mackenzie Dern had some trouble weighing in the last time at strawweight weight class. In the previous fight Dern missed weight as she tipped the scales at 118.3 pounds which is more than two pounds over the allowed weight limit (strawweight). A part of her Legacy FC 61 purse was given to Stewart due to missing weight.
However in spite of reports of otherwise Dern never agreed to making 116lbs to start with. Front Row Brian reports:

This comment was not taken too lightly from the MMAfighting.com that first reported on Dern missing the weight.
As it turns out Dern offered 20% of her purse in exchange for the catch weight fight. So technically she didn’t miss weight.
