Kron Gracie Responds to Haters Over His Fight with Bryce Mitchell Being on the UFC 310 Main Card

Kron Gracie has addressed the criticism surrounding the placement of his fight with Bryce Mitchell on the main card of UFC 310, which is set to take place this weekend.

Kron’s Return to MMA

Saturday night will mark the long-awaited return of Kron Gracie to the octagon. In what many are calling a clash of styles, Gracie will square off against Bryce Mitchell in a fight that has captured the attention of fans. For Mitchell, this bout offers a chance to rebound from recent setbacks, while for Gracie, it’s an opportunity to remind the world of his skills after a significant hiatus.

However, one of the more controversial talking points leading up to the event has been the fight’s placement on the main card. Many fans and pundits have expressed their disappointment, believing that Aljamain Sterling vs. Movsar Evloev—a high-stakes featherweight clash—deserved the spotlight instead.

Kron’s Take on the Controversy

When asked about the criticism, Gracie didn’t hold back. Speaking to MMA Fighting, he shared his perspective on the matter.

“I think it’s funny because people always have something to complain about,” Gracie said. “The ones making a fuss about the fight order are probably the same people streaming the pay-per-view for free. They’re not even paying for it, and yet they’re the loudest voices. If anything, Sterling vs. Evloev is a bonus fight for the fans that they get to see earlier. I don’t see why it’s such a big deal, and honestly, I don’t care about that kind of stuff.”

Gracie also brushed off the importance of card placement, suggesting it doesn’t affect him one way or the other.

“For me, the placement of the fight isn’t important. I don’t care where I’m at on the card. The sooner, the better, really—I get to finish my business and move on with my life,” Gracie added.

What’s at Stake?

While the debate over fight placement rages on, the fight itself promises to be an intriguing battle. Fans are eager to see how Gracie performs after his time away, and Mitchell will undoubtedly be looking to put on a dominant performance to reignite his momentum in the featherweight division.

For Gracie, however, the focus remains on doing his job in the cage, no matter where or when it happens.
