Israeli BJJ practitioner Itamar Marani discusses how he applies Basketball champion Kobe Bryant drilling system to the BJJ drilling system. Interesting concept:
Hey guys, hope everyone is doing great!
Being a big fan of the NBA and of successful people who are known to have amazing work ethics I naturally admire Kobe Bryant. After watching a bunch of videos and reading blogs/articles about him I wondered what I could learn from and how I could bring his mentality and practice methods into the world of BJJ.
This is what I’ve come up with so far and it’s really helped me.
I hope you enjoy it and please let me know what you think about it. If you go about drilling in a different way I’d love to hear about it!
