Keenan Cornelius has been grappling at least half his life. Through his matches Keenan got a lot of damage done to his fingers, back and body in general.
Cornelius shared that one of his main issues is upper left back and with proper tests famous youtube personality Dr Jason aligned his spine.
Dr Jason was the first to break the news to Keenan that he might have a herniation between C5 and C6 because he spotted some disc thinning in the area.
