Kayla Harrison is steadily building her career. THe Olympic gold winning judoka is officially 3-0 in MMA at the start of 2019.
For her 3rd win record Harrison defeated Moriel Charneski (3-5) with her world class judo and improving ground-and-pound.

Harrison has been cutting weight bit by bit – now getting to the 155 lbs.
Post-fight, Harrison expressed disappointment in not getting the chance to show off her standup abilities.
“Gosh darn it, I’m trying not to be a judo player in a cage, but when you do something for 20 years, sometimes old habits are hard to break,” Harrison said. “… I want to be an MMA fighter, I want to be well-rounded”
