Leiser claims that Rodriguez’s behavior involved a more systematic and troubling pattern. She alleges that he created secret vaults on his phone containing folders of explicit content, organized by women’s names—many of whom resembled women he trained with. These folders contained Instagram photos and pornographic content. She clarifies that while the photos may have been publicly available, the organization and nature of the content raised serious concerns among B-Team members.
She further states that the material was discovered in September 2024, but she remained silent for months out of fear and trauma. It wasn’t until December 17, 2024, that she confronted Nick Rodriguez with the details. Feeling physically ill from keeping the information to herself, she explained what she had seen and left it to Nick to decide how to proceed.
Leiser left B-Team quietly the next day, December 18, without asking the owners to remove Jay Rod. She stresses that the rumors of her demanding his banishment are false. In fact, she even returned to B-Team temporarily for a competition in early 2025, where Rodriguez was still present.
Their relationship officially ended in December 2024 after Leiser learned of even more disturbing behavior. Rodriguez, according to Leiser, continued to contact her throughout early 2025, expressing regret and promising change.

In March 2025, Craig Jones reached out to Leiser to address circulating rumors. She shared her side of the story, after which B-Team’s leadership made the decision to remove Rodriguez. Leiser states that she remained silent publicly even after his removal, but Rodriguez’s recent video prompted her to finally speak out.
She also disclosed suffering physical and emotional abuse during the relationship. “He would push me, intimidate me, and pin me down. Other times, he would prevent me from leaving the house by blocking doorways or knocking my belongings off my shoulder,” she wrote.
Leiser emphasizes that her intention is not revenge or to destroy Rodriguez’s career but to create a safer training space for women. “No woman involved deserves to be harassed or blamed,” she says. She also addresses accusations of lying and being “crazy” from Nick and Jacob, which she believes were attempts to silence her. “This is exactly why most women say nothing.”
Ultimately, Leiser credits Craig Jones and Seth Belisle for handling the matter seriously and hopes this sets a new standard in the Jiu-Jitsu world. “Jacob knows the truth. Hopefully, one day he can come to grips with what he has done and focus on being a positive influence for the kids that looked up to him, as well as the women that want to participate in this great sport.”
