Jose Aldo Reveals He’s Signed On to Fight Holloway at UFC 208

Max Hollowey just got the interim title but it looks like he’ll get his shot at the real thing. Holloway was reluctant when faced with media following the Pettis fight saying Jose Aldo is famous for pulling out of fights and how he feels this is a time period he should dedicate to his family.

But now Jose Aldo has his say. The fresh new featherweight champion told the Brazilian media he’s agreed to title defense February 11th at UFC 208.

“It was between him and Pettis, whoever won the fight. It’s not something new. This fight will happen on Feb. 11,” Aldo told the Brazilian media as per sherdog.

Aldo was mocked even prior to the weekend’s interim title bout with Holloway repeatedly teasing him saying “Where’s Jose Waldo? ” referring to a child storybook “Where’s Waldo”
