Joe Rogan’s Quarantine Workout Tips

Keeping to a regular workout routine is vital to maintaining our bodies at peak performance. When we stop exercising for a long enough period of time, our bodies will quickly go into atrophy and lose the muscle and strength we worked so hard to get. Unfortunately, we don’t always have time to go to the gym or in the current case, we can’t leave our house and do a full-on strength building routine at the gym.

This is when at-home workouts become so important. Joe Rogan recently talked about the most useful exercises and why we  should be doing them.

Joe is lucky enough o have a full gym at home, but if you don’t then he recommends getting a chin up bar. Not those clip on chin up bars which can fall, he prefers a proper strong chin up bar that is screwed in the wall.

He also talks about doing Hindu push ups, sets of 20. He likes regular push ups, but mixing up the arm width Diamond push ups are great for middle of the chest and triceps. he loves wall presses,  lunges,  switching steps,  Hindu squats,  air squats.

For him, you have more than enough with a 35lbs kettlebell.

For cardio, you can take some of those egg weights and do shadow boxing.

He ends by saying:

“1 chin up bar and 1 kettlebell, you’ve replaced your gym…”
