Joe Rogan Talks Origins Of the Leglocking and Shares opinion of John Danaher

Joe Rogan’s John Danaher interview had made multiple waves last year. Since then the hype has settled a bit and Rogan has had time to sort out his impressions.

“And everything came from Dean Lister, which is crazy.” he recently told Khalil Rountree, UFC Light Heavyweight fighter.

“John Danaher was talking to Dean Lister and Dean Lister was talking about leglocks and John Danaher said something, inquired about why you do leg locks. And he goes why would you ignore fifty percent of the body? And John Danaher being that f***ink crazy wizard he is, is like.. Why would you?

Rogan went on to ask Rountree if he knew the heel hook game:

“Not enough to really play it – but spent a little bit of time picking picking the brains and people who are getting them, yeah.”

He added “If I find a partner that’s not an as*hole just like really wants to learn together or whatever you know- I’ll do it.”
