Mackenzie Dern has been all about her very own omoplata combo in 2016. In addition to securing an impressive victory over Michele Nicolini at Worlds 2016 with it, she’s also managed to pull it off in MMA – against Montana Stewart at Legacy Fighting Championship.
In fact the sub was impressive enough that it got Dern the nomination for submission of the year.
