Jacare is once again feeling left behind. The Brazilian was close to being able to dispute the middleweight belt on two occasions but he might be seeing the title shot surpass him once again.
After beating Vitor Belfort at UFC 198 in Curtiba, in May of this year he was rumored to be the next contender for the middleweight belt. However we have learned Jacare will be facing up against Luke Rockhold next.
The rematch will be happening on November 26th in Melbourne, Australia.
The first fight between the two went on in 2011 when Rockhold won via decision to become Strikeforce middleweight cmap.
Rockhold is reentering the octagon five months after a surprising loss to Bisping in California while Jacare last won against the above mentioned Belfort last May.
