BJJ attracts all kinds of people. Justin Governale used to be a US Marine Corps scout sniper. He is an Iraq and Afghanistan vet having been there on multiple deployments.

He has been shot at, shot back, and has even been blown up three times.

He started training Jiu-Jitsu many years and his life changed 180. He went to live in Thailand, traveled to 27 countries, and fought MMA professionally in a cage from time to time. Despite all that, he couldn’t escape the feeling of succumbing to normalcy.
