Garry “Lion Killer” Tonon (Danaher Death Squad – Renzo Gracie HQ) is a BJJ black belt under Tom deBlass and Ricardo Almeida, currently training with the mastermind John Danaher. Garry is currently undefeated in ONE FC and he occasionally competes in No-Gi Submission Grappling. He is a 5x EBI Champion, IBJJF Pan No-Gi Champion, and an ADCC medalist.
Most recently at ADCC 2019 Absolute, Garry was able to execute a swift Kani Basami against the flying triangle machine Edwin Najmi and finished with a heel hook in just 15 seconds. This was the fastest submission ever in ADCC.
