Garry Tonon’s return to the cage has just been announced and it’s earlier than previously thought of! When ONE set out to make an event in Japan in March Tonon was set to appear – however it’s looking like Tonon will be making his 70kg debut in November instead.
Garry Tonon is set to take on Sung Jong Lee. Lee is also considered a leglock specialist. Headlined by previously announced champion vs. champion bouts in Xiong Jing Nan vs. Angela Lee and Bibiano Fernandes vs. Kevin Belingon, ONE: Heart of the Lion takes place at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.
The card is also confirmed to feature 8x world champion in bjj Michelle Nicolini. Nicolini has been working hard prepping for her return to the cage where she will take on Tiffany Teo.
