Being able to fight isn’t only about sports and competition it’s about being able to defend yourself in situations like this.
Only 16 years old and in his first week at college multiple times BJJ Junior world champion Alex Williams was confronted and then assaulted by an older man.
Alex was incredibly calm and showed restraint in his own actions. There’s two types of fights we prepare for and that’s when you choose to compete or when others choose to fight with you! Walking away isn’t always an option.
