Frota Academy always has a steady stream of exciting guests and seminars in store. This fall is no different. The latest seminar to be held at the prestigious location will be held in October.
If you’re wondering what that experience might be like we urge you to check out some of previous reports on camps including megastars such as Buchecha, Rodolfo Vieira, Mackenzie Dern and others.
Thursday the 13th October is also the date of Graduation in 2016. The event will be starting at 8 pm and will feature special guests Marcus Almeida Buchecha and Bruno Malfacine.
Of course Buchecha is invigorated by his comeback, not only was he dominating during the Mundials 2016 but he also won that unique challenger – the IBJJF Grand Prix. More recently he has been involved in a charity match against Elliot Marshal by submission.
Bruno Malfacine had a surprising showing on the submission only scene in the last year. He made an appearance at Metamoris 7, in one of the more interesting fights. Malfacine had several solid armbar attempts but no dice. This doesn’t make his success at Worlds any less relevant – Malfa dominated his division – Roosterweight defeating Caio Terra among others.
It’s also worth noting that privates and semi-private classes will be available on request. To apply go to the webpage click here and sign up!
