Zuffa LLC has sold UFC for almost $4 billion to a group led by talent giant WME a couple years ago. Conor McGregor might be “retired” from MMA for now, but he’s certainly staying busy on social media. Conor never misses it when a celebrity mentions him.
Approached by TMZ Sports, O’Brien said he’d be willing to give McGregor his shares, but that he’d have to fight him for them.

McGregor has repeatedly demanded shares in the promotion as a part of his fight contract for a return, but UFC president Dana White has shot that down.

While these fights will never actually come to fruition, McGregor is using them to stoke the flames of his potential return to the UFC.
