How To Condition Your Body To Take Strikes

Here are a few simple drills to condition your body to take body strikes (or liver shot as it is known). Implement these in your training from time to time and you will gradually toughen the body up making it harder to fall prey to the body shot.

Special guest appearance by Aleksandar Alex Kostic, who demonstrated body shots on his student Milos Cvetkovic (who is just incredible at taking so much pain). Alex calls it “liberating the stomach area”. Reminds me of “liberation” methods employed by Roman-Catholic Inquisition.
