How To Circle & Avoid Damage Like Joanna Jedrzejczyk

Joanna Jedrzejczyk is possibly the best striker in the UFC.

She is the UFC Women’s Strawweight Champion and the third European (and only Polish) champion in UFC history after Bas Rutten in 1999, and Andrei Arlovski in 2005. As of May 2017, she is the consensus #1 female strawweight,  and #1 pound-for-pound female MMA fighter in the world. She is also currently the #7 pound-for-pound fighter in the UFC mixed gender rankings, making her the top female on the list. Her Muay Thai background includes five amateur IFMA world championships, four amateur IFMA European championships and several professional championships.

Mark Lajhner, founder and chief instructor of Kaizen MMA Academy  and of mmacoach.net shows you how to circle away from danger and avoid damage in striking – just like Joanna Jedrzejczyk does.
