Boxing Star Regis Prograis Shows Off BJJ training in Brazil – Teases Cross Over

Regis Prograis (22-0, 19 KOs) is one of the sport’s most exciting up-and-coming talents. His impeccable record makes him one of the ones to watch, especially as the generations change.

While he’s already well on the way to become a major name in boxing, he also keeps up with the MMA world. Just recently he attended an event in Rio de Janeiro and met up with Jose Aldo.
