BJJ World Champ Mikey Musumeci Only Eats Pizza, Pasta & Acai

Mikey Musumeci is a 4x IBJJF black belt World Champion and is the only American to hold 3 world titles in the gi and once in No Gi.

Mikey has competed against the biggest names in the sport and holds wins over; Joao Miyao, Bruno Malfacine and Isaac Doederlein to name a few.

He also holds the record for fastest submission in the IBJJF Worlds finals history. Mikey secured an ankle lock from butterfly ashi in just 12 seconds..

Mikey has always been against PED’s in Jiu-Jitsu. He is generally viewed as one of the nicest guys in Jiu-Jitsu.
