16 Year old Blue Belt submits Black Belt in Competition

F2W Europa 2016 recently featured a very exciting match between Roberto Jimenez (Alliance Gacho) and Lucas Pinheiro (Gracie Team Plano).

What’s so special about this match? Well it featured a Alliance Team Gacho superstar Blue Belt Roberto Jimenez. Jimenez just recently turned 16 but he’s already managed to win Double Gold in 2016 Pan Ams as well as other medals.

Recently he won Gold in Blue Belt Juvenile 1 Super Heavy category and Silver in Open Class Heavy Juvenile Blue Belts.

He ended up squaring off against a ablack belt because he entered the Advanced NoGi Division and it is argued that the only reason he is a blue belt is because of the IBJJF recommended age requirements for Purple belts.

Watch him Face Off against Lucas Pinheiro:

You can see a cool combination (Collar drag⏩ Back take⏩ Real naked choke) by Roberto Jimenez in a Gi here. And also there was snippet from his bout in the purple belt division:
